Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake

📝 Ingredients
- 8 (1.5-oz.) pkgs. chocolate-covered peanut butter cups (16 peanut butter cups total), divided
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg. (2-layer-size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup salted butter, sliced into 24 pieces
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- Chocolate fudge topping (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 3-qt. baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange 12 of the peanut butter cups in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over peanut butter cups.
- Sprinkle cake mix evenly overtop. Drizzle heavy cream evenly over the cake mix.
- Arrange butter pieces over cake mix. Bake until set, 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and cool slightly on a wire rack.
- While cake is still warm, chop the remaining 4 peanut butter cups and sprinkle over cake. Top with chopped peanuts. Serve warm or cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate-fudge topping and serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
