💡 Notes & Tips

How to Make Sweetened Whipped Cream

In a chilled large bowl combine 1 cup whipping cream, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat with the chilled beaters of an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form (tips curl over). Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. If mixture softens after chilling, re-beat the mixture with an electric mixer or a wire whisk before serving.
